Multi-location print, with the platform parity to actually run a network.
Franchise networks and multi-location groups don't need another storefront — they need a platform that respects how a network actually operates. Centralized brand governance. Local operational flexibility. Shared economics where they make sense.
Two paths, equal weight
I run a franchise location
You're a franchisee evaluating GraphX for your own shop. You want a storefront that fits how a franchise location runs — your local customer base, your local production, your local service relationships, with the brand governance your franchisor expects.
- Full Store or Lite Store — the deployment model that fits your location's setup
- Brand governance that respects your franchise system's standards while letting you run your local shop your way
- Multi-location ready from day one — if you have multiple locations, the platform scales with you
- Local production routing — your local shop's capacity, your local supplier relationships, your local customer flows
I want to bring GraphX to my franchise system
You're a franchisee who sees GraphX as a fit for your whole franchise network — not just your location. You want to introduce GraphX to your franchise system / corporate / brand HQ. We want to talk to them too.
- Network-level platform architecture — centralized franchisor controls + individual franchisee storefronts
- Brand governance and template enforcement at the network level
- Centralized billing and reporting for the system; local flexibility for the locations
- Pilot structure that lets the network try GraphX on a small group of locations before committing system-wide
- Migration absorption — asset, template, catalog, and customer migration handled by us, not your franchisees
A note on our Sponsor Franchisee program
Help us reach your franchise system. We’ll make it worth your while.
We run a Sponsor Franchisee program for franchisees who help us connect with their franchise system. If you’re considering introducing GraphX to your network, ask us about Sponsor — we walk through the program details on the call.

FAQ
Franchise & multi-location questions, answered
How does GraphX keep locations consistent across the network?+
One set of rails runs the whole network. You get centralized brand governance and template enforcement at the network level, with local operational flexibility so each location runs its own customer base, production, and service relationships. Consistent standards up top; room to operate down at the location.
How is a multi-location network priced?+
Per location, by deployment. Each location runs a Full Store at $850 / mo or a Lite Store at $450 / site / mo, depending on its setup. Implementation lands at the Premium tier (Starting at $15,000) for multi-location complexity, and is tiered for network-wide rollouts. Grow plans are tailored to network needs.
What visibility does HQ get across locations?+
Centralized billing and reporting for the system, with local routing and fulfillment at each location. The network sees the whole picture; each location keeps the operational flexibility to run its own shop.
Can we try GraphX on a few locations before rolling out network-wide?+
Yes. We structure pilots so a network can prove GraphX out on a small group of locations before committing system-wide. Asset, template, catalog, and customer migration are absorbed into the managed launch — handled by us, not left to individual locations.
Do all locations have to take GraphX Pay?+
No. Pay is integrated for public-facing locations that check out customers directly (powered by Everyware), and it isn't required for internal-only locations where purchasing is handled through internal billing. Each location uses the model that fits how it actually sells.
