What does implementation actually include?+

Provisioning, Stable Store cloning, your brand layer, product setup, customization, and a launch review. Tiers depend on complexity — Basic from $7,500, Standard from $10,000 (where most shops land), Premium from $15,000 for multi-location and franchise networks. In-plant and higher-ed deployments use the $450/site/mo per-site model with implementation cost shaped by rollout scope. We tailor the package on the call.

Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription?+

Annual reflects the strongest value. Quarterly and monthly are also available. We confirm the exact term-based pricing on the call so it fits how you actually budget.

Do I have to take payments through GraphX Pay?+

In our preferred operating model, yes — GraphX is your merchant processor (powered by Everyware). One processor means one integration to maintain, which means more dev cycles in the platform and a competitive subscription price. We bring you a rate that meets or beats what you pay today. Exception: in-plant and higher-ed shops where the buying audience is internal don't need merchant processing through Pay.

Can I change packages later?+

Yes. Most shops start with a Standard implementation and Platform Care, then move up to Growth Care or Revenue Growth as their volume grows. You're not locked into a single decision forever.

What about in-plant or higher-ed pricing?+

In-plants and higher-ed run on a centralized primary store with per-department-site model. Per-site cost is $450/mo. Maintenance can be monthly, quarterly, or à la carte depending on how often things change.

How does GraphX Connect factor in?+

GraphX Connect is included in your platform subscription — there's no per-supplier setup fee. You pick your wholesale mix on the call (SanMar, S&S Activewear, Alphabroder, 4Over, and other PromoStandards-compatible partners we wire on request).
